/ Residential Work

Precision at the scale of a home.

Houses, apartments, and private dwellings built to hand-held scale — where every joint and surface finish is readable at arm's length.

• Material Selection

Materials chosen per brief.

Timber, resin, cardstock, metal — each residential model is built from materials that mirror the project's own palette. The choice is not decorative; it communicates structural logic and surface intent.

At hand-held scale, joinery and finish are fully readable. These models are made to be handled by clients who don't read construction drawings — and to photograph as well as the buildings they represent.

A model begins with the brief.

Describe your project — scale, materials in mind, presentation context — and we'll discuss what the model needs to do.
